CO-OWNER
Connor Zarefoss
Connor started his career in real estate marketing during college in 2016. He is the founder and owner of Burgh Brothers Media, a video production company based in Pittsburgh PA. After several years of doing real estate marketing through Burgh Brothers Media, Connor decided to partner with fellow colleague, Lucas Kot to focus specifically on bringing the best to the table in the niche market of real estate media production. Connor still operates Burgh Brothers as the parent media corporation, with Property Vids Productions as an umbrella company alongside of it.
Connor specializes in filming luxury real estate. Over the course of his career, he has assisted agents in selling several hundreds of million dollars worth of real estate, including some of the most well known celebrities homes. Connor also enjoys making educational content on Youtube, where teaches the art of real estate videography.
Outside of filming, Connor enjoys getting outside, whether that be for golf, rock climbing, or hiking.

Lucas Kot
Lucas was born in Wroclaw, Poland, his photography journey started around 2005 while living in the United States. After moving to Germany, his photographic direction was heavily influenced by his surroundings. Lucas started his passion with urban exploration photography, traveling through Europe, Asia and visiting abandoned places, architectural highlights and famous landmarks. One of his photos from his journeys is on the cover of Stephen King's book "Joyland".
Lucas’s professional approach to photography started when he moved back to the US and began to concentrate his efforts on real estate. His keen eye and capabilities led to him to opening his company “412 Estate Photography”. Through his company, Lucas began working with some of the biggest agents in the Pittsburgh area, and helping them sell several hundreds millions of dollars in properties.
But when there's a chance to expand and learn, there's no saying no. In 2022, Lucas partnered with fellow colleague Connor to provide the best and advanced services in the real estate production branch. While 412 Estate Photography still operates, serving architectural, event, automotive and portrait photography, Property Vids Productions as an umbrella to Burgh Brothers Media and 412 Estate Photography.
While Lucas enjoys his passion for photography, when he's not in front of the camera or screen, he enjoys traveling (to get more content for his photography), woodworking and an occasional tennis match.

Benton Palermo
From a young age, Benton has ben fascinated with creative production. It all started with creating music and transformed from there.
Benton graduated from Slippery Rock University, where he studied tv production & graphic design. This is where he discovered his passion for video production.
Since college, Benton has been creating content for musicians, marketing, YouTube, television and much more. He is continuously learning new techniques and trends to create the most compelling story.
When he’s not creating content in one shape or form, Benton enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and spending time with family & friends.
