Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How soon can I expect to have my product returned?
A: We do our best to assure a 24-48hr turnaround time for listing photos. We do our best to assure a 48-72hr turn-around time for listing videos. Please understand that if we are adding additional services such as virtual staging, twilight conversion, lifestyle shots, time-lapses, etc. this can add to the turnaround time of the product.
Q: How long does a photoshoot or video shoot take?
A: Assuming that the property is “photo/video ready," a typical photoshoot or video shoot will last 1–1.5 hours. This is dependent on the size of the house and the amount of extra content needed for the finished product.
Q: What is the best time for real estate photo or video?
A: There is no written rule for the “best” time to shoot. Typically, it’s favorable to shoot in the early morning or late afternoon for exterior photos. For interior photos, an overcast sky is preferred.
Q: Is it okay if the home is not completely furnished?
A: Yes, while it’s recommended that staging be in place to help give the viewer a sense of feel for the home, it is still possible to shoot listing photos or listing videos without furniture. We oftentimes recommend using our virtual staging service for real estate photography.
Q: What is your area of operations?
A: We are based in Pittsburgh, PA and serve all of the surrounding areas. We typically add a travel fee for jobs outside of 1 hour of the city. We are more than willing to travel for jobs in other states if the job calls for it.
Q: Can we still shoot if it is not a nice day out?
A: Absolutely, especially photos. We have the ability and experience to enhance our photos taken in any given condition to ensure a blue sky every time. However, if conditions are unfavorable for flying the drone, this may be our only limitation when it comes to completing the shoot.

A: We exclusively use Quickbooks for all of our payment processing. We accept ACH payments at no additional cost, and add 3% to the invoice if a client wishes to pay with a credit or debit card.
